Requirements:
• An exceptional academic record with degree from a leading university, preferably MBA or CFA.
• At least 3-5 years (for Senior Analyst) and 7-10 years (for VP level) of solid execution experience from a leading investment bank with a proven track record within Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or leveraged finance or capital markets.
• Consolidated international work experience with a regional deal sheet is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.

The role will include:

- Lead deal teams to fully transact ECM, advisory, or other investment banking transactions.
- Manage the distribution or fund-raising process, as needed, for any debt or equity transactions.
- Ensure that all proper documentation is completed, consistent with CMA and global investment banking standards. Included in this is the proper completion of any Prospectuses, Private Placement Memorandums, Subscription Agreements, regulatory filings, and completion of closing books.

- Preferably a post graduate degree/designation (CFA/MBA)

- Minimum 5 years experience in the GCC. Saudi Arabia preferred.
